私はShiba-sakuraをイメージしてこのてまりを作りました。
I imagined Shiba-sakura and made this Temari.

Shiba-sakuraとは学名、『Phlox subulata』の事です。
Shiba-sakura is a scientific name and "Phlox subulata." .

日本では花の形が桜に似ているのでShiba-sakuraと呼ばれています。
In Japan, since the form of a flower resembles the cherry tree, it is called Shiba-sakura.

私はHishi-Mothiをイメージしてこのてまりを作りました。

3月3日に男女一対の人形を飾り女の子の成長を願うお祭りをします。
The festival which decorates with one pair of man and woman's doll on March 3, and wishes growth of a girl is carried out.

この時に、人形に与える食べ物としてダイヤ型の餅を飾ります。
At this time, it decorates with diagram type rice cake as food given to a doll.

この餅の事をHishi-Mothiと言います。
This rice cake is called Hishi-Mothi.

この餅はピンク、白、緑、黄色で作られます。
This rice cake is made from pink, white, green, and yellow.

Temari のパターンは四角形をモチーフとして使用した多くを持っています。
